Job Scope:
Manage landscaping contracts and daily operations Design install and maintain annual beds turf trees and shrubs commercial pesticides and fertilizers handle pest and disease control Perform equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs Conduct routine litter pickups and maintain campus aesthetics Operate heavy machinery mowers tractors etc. Perform seasonal tasks like snow removal and power washing Maintain inventory and storerooms manage work orders using digital systems Requirements
Attend landscaping seminars and complete mandatory training
NC ornamental and Turf Pest Control Certification
