Other duties as directed from the lawn care manager. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Maintain at all times proper environmental and public safety practices Meeting with clients and identifying yard maintenance needs Maintaining landscaping and flower beds Maintaining the aesthetic appeal of clients’ landscaping, lawn and outdoor areas Applying pesticides and preventing weed growth Maintaining equipment and shop storage in a clean and organized manner Daily Communication with other team members regarding concerns or work orders Safe driving of company owned vehicles trucks (with or without trailers) Snow removal in the winter months Assist with seasonal tasks such as annual flower installation and enhancements Must be able to work with minimal supervision Lawn Care Technician requirements: Experience required Strong communication and customer service skills Trustworthy and good moral conduct Willing to learn and team player Pass background check and drug test Valid drivers license with a clean record that will pass insurance check.

$17.00 – $20.50 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
