What You’ll Do:
Diagnose lawn issues and apply fertilization and weed control treatments Drive a clean company truck, walk lawns, and take pride in results Communicate with customers and provide great service Learn fast and become a trusted expert
What We’re Looking For:
Enjoy working outdoors and solving problems Great attitude and willingness to learn Valid NC driver’s license with a clean record Physically fit – able to walk and lift 50 lbs Available to work Monday-Friday (and occasional Saturdays if it rains)
Compensation & Benefits:
$50,000 – $60,000/year based on performance, customer service, and reliability 75% company-paid healthcare 3% retirement match Paid time off Performance bonuses + commission Growth path and training provided
