Job Overview:

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Lawn Care Technician to mow residential and vacant property lawns to a clean, uniform height of 2 inches. Each job must be documented with clear before, during, and after photos, and the grass height must be measured with a ruler as part of quality control. This position pays $45 per yard, with the opportunity to mow multiple yards per day for reliable and high-performing workers. ⸻

Key Responsibilities:

• Mow grass to a consistent height of 2 inches
• Use a ruler to measure and verify grass height before and after mowing
• Take and upload high-quality photos before, during, and after the job (must show the full yard and ruler placement)
• Ensure all visible clippings are either mulched or cleaned from sidewalks and driveways
• Submit completed work and photos via mobile app or d drive by the end of each day
• Communicate promptly if any obstacles or safety issues arise on-site
• Maintain lawn equipment (if using your own tools) in safe and working condition ⸻
