This role is essential in ensuring the health and beauty of our landscapes by applying fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers according to industry best practices. ✔ Diagnose and treat plant health issues such as weeds, pests, and diseases. ✔ Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines and regulations. ✔ Maintain accurate records of applications and treatments. ✔ Keep spray equipment, trucks, and trailers in good working condition. ✔ Train and support crew members on proper application techniques.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience with turf and ornamental pesticide applications (preferred). ✔ NC Pesticide Applicator License or willingness to obtain (company may assist). ✔ Knowledge of plant health, weed control, and pest management. ✔ Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. ✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. ✔ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
