This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of pest control and lawn care management. Duties Apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers to lawns, gardens, and landscapes according to established guidelines. Conduct inspections to identify pest problems and determine appropriate treatment plans. Operate and maintain various equipment such as power tools, hand tools, and farm machinery used in the application process. Drive to different job sites safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding services performed and recommendations for lawn care. Maintain accurate records of treatments applied, including dates, locations, and types of products used. Follow all safety protocols to protect oneself, clients, and the environment during application processes. Skills Knowledge of pest control methods and lawn care practices is essential. Experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred. Proficiency in operating power tools, hand tools, and farm machinery. Strong driving skills with a valid driver’s license. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are necessary for maintaining accurate records.
