The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of fertilization, weed control, turf types and other important aspects of lawn care. As a Lead Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that lawns are cared for to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the crew, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to process guidelines. Assist with scheduling routes. Use software to maintain documentation and reporting standards. Conduct regular safety and process meetings and ensure compliance with Weed Man regulations. Train and mentor crew members in best practices and lawn care knowledge. Collaborate with management and office staff to coordinate efforts and resolve any issues that arise during year. Requirements Proven experience in lawn care supervisory or a related field. Strong knowledge of turf, weed, and pest types. Ability to learn software and programs Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
