Pay :
$18- $22 an hour- Full-time Requirements Experience in lake and pond management, pest/herbicide control or surveying is preferred. Experience in the following disciplines are desirable: fisheries, wildlife management, conservation, ecology, biology, environmental sciences or forestry. Valid Driver’s License. Ability to work outside in all weather conditions. Able to swim and comfortable around water. Ability to lift 80 pounds on a regular basis. Great communication skills. Basic math skills to calculate product applications. Mechanically inclined. Occasional travel may be required. Aquatic Pesticide Applicator License, preferable, or be able to obtain a license within 30 days of hire. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and treat invasive weeds. Visual inspection of stormwater components. Mowing/string trimming sites. Improving the overall aesthetics of the sites. Minor repairs for compliance. Implement safety training for field staff. Handle administrative duties.
