New Hampshire Dr, New Kensington, PA 15068 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and grounds maintenance, with the ability to perform various tasks related to lawn care and outdoor aesthetics. This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions and requires a strong attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and proficiency with hand tools. Duties Perform regular lawn care activities including mowing, fertilizing, and aerating to maintain healthy grass. Execute tree trimming and groundskeeping tasks to enhance the appearance of residential and commercial properties. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers. Irrigate lawns effectively to ensure optimal growth conditions. Assist in building hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls as needed. Conduct routine inspections of lawns and landscapes to identify issues such as pests or diseases. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their landscaping needs. Requirements Proven experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with tree trimming techniques and hardscape installation is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment. Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks. Physical stamina to perform manual labor in outdoor settings for extended periods. A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation to job sites. A willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to groundskeeping.
