The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscape maintenance and a strong understanding of various lawn care techniques. This role involves working outdoors, providing essential services to maintain the beauty and health of our clients’ lawns and gardens. The Lawn Technician will be responsible for executing various tasks that contribute to the overall upkeep and enhancement of outdoor spaces. Duties Perform regular lawn maintenance, including mowing, edging, and fertilization. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks. Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as planting, weeding, and mulching. Provide tree care services, including tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth. Assist in hardscape projects, ensuring proper installation and maintenance of patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Manage irrigation systems to ensure optimal water distribution across landscapes. Offer snow plowing services during winter months to maintain safe access for clients. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition to ensure safety and efficiency. Communicate with clients regarding their landscaping needs and provide recommendations. Qualifications Proven experience in landscape maintenance or related field is preferred. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in lawn care. Knowledge of tree care practices, including trimming and pruning techniques. Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within scheduled timeframes. A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation to job sites.
