Lawn Care Technician McBride’s Personal Lawn Care Service Orangeburg, SC 29115 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of lawn care and landscape maintenance. This role involves performing various tasks related to lawn maintenance, ensuring the health and aesthetics of our clients’ properties. The Lawn Technician will work independently and as part of a team, providing high-quality service to enhance outdoor spaces. Responsibilities Perform routine lawn care tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging to maintain healthy grass and landscape. Conduct hedge trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and improve the appearance of of properties. Utilize hand tools and mechanical equipment effectively for various landscaping tasks. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, performing basic repairs as needed. Assist with groundskeeping duties such as digging, planting, and maintaining flower beds or gardens. Follow safety protocols while operating machinery and handling chemicals related to lawn care. Communicate with clients regarding services performed and any additional needs or recommendations. Requirements Proven mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate lawn care equipment safely. Experience with hand tools commonly used in landscaping and lawn maintenance. Familiarity with mowing techniques, snow plowing methods, tree trimming practices, and general groundskeeping. Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
