We are looking for reliable crew members to join our team. We offer paid training, bi-weekly direct deposit, PTO, matching 401k, and career advancement for those with a passion for the industry. This is an entry level position and previous experience is not necessary. Hired candidates can expect to gain experience in various aspects of herbicide applications. Successful candidates will have the ability to grow their careers as training milestones are met and industry certifications are acquired. Duties will involve the application of herbicides under the supervision of a lead technician, including but not limited to: Ability to operate herbicide spraying systems Weed eating using a brush blade Understanding basic units of measurements and conversions Ability to interpret herbicide labels and mix rates Operation of utility vehicles such as a four-wheeler and argo 8×8 Operation of chainsaw Operation of push and ride on fertilizer spreaders Utilizing backpack sprayers on difficult terrain Vegetation management Aquatic plant management (stormwater retention ponds) Grass fertilization
Turf Management Requirements:
