What You’ll Do:
Lead a 3-4 person crew on scheduled commercial mowing routes Operate and maintain professional lawn care equipment (stand-on mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Ensure properties are mowed, edged, and cleaned to high standards Keep your crew on schedule across multiple commercial sites Communicate with the office team and occasionally with clients Handle basic field maintenance or troubleshooting of equipment Track hours and report job completion and quality
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in commercial lawn care Previous crew lead or foreman experience Strong knowledge of mowing, edging, and landscape maintenance practices Leadership mindset with good communication skills Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (Required) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
