The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape management, lawn care, and pest control. This role involves applying various treatments and solutions to enhance the health and appearance of landscapes and turf for residential and commercial properties. This position is a promised forty hour week plus overtime. Responsibilities Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides according to established guidelines and safety standards. Operate power tools and machinery effectively for various application tasks. Conduct thorough assessments of landscapes and turf to determine treatment needs. Communicate with clients regarding services provided and recommend additional treatments as necessary. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored after use. Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals efficiently. Experience Previous experience in landscape management, lawn care, or pest control is preferred. Familiarity with operating power tools and hand tools relevant to the industry. A background in customer service is a plus, as the role may involve client interactions. Knowledge of machinery operation is advantageous but not required. A strong drive for quality work and attention to detail is essential for success in this position. Ability to obtain state commercial applicators license and all certifications needed to perform duties.
