Lawn Care Technician Williams Landscaping & Lawn Care, LLC Murfreesboro, TN Job Details Full-time $16 – $18 an hour 9 hours ago Qualifications Landscaping Entry level Full Job Description Job Summary The crew member assists the crew and team leader with all landscaping and lawn care assignments. The position works as a member of the team and is responsible for landscaping and lawn care maintenance and enhancement projects under the direction of the team leader. The crew member is able to operate a variety of equipment and has a general knowledge of landscaping practices. This position is Full Time with pay starting at $16/hour. Responsibilities and Duties 1. Completes landscaping and lawn care maintenance duties, such as mowing, weed-eating,weed control, lawn aeration and seeding, trimming and pruning, leaf removal, etc. (Training will be provided) 2. Completes landscaping and lawn care enhancement projects such as mulch application,plantings, plant removal, top soil application, sodding, installing rock, etc. (Training will be provided) 3. Maintains a clean and safe work environment, including work site and equipment. 4. Completes the job in the most time-efficient manner meeting company productivity targets. 5. Operates a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to commercial mowers, edgers, string trimmers, blowers, aerators, etc. 6. Assists the team leader with communication by answering client questions or directing them back to the team leader, ensuring the client’s satisfaction on the project. Communicates clients concerns to the team leader. 7. Assists the team leader with route and job organization, ensuring sufficient resources and materials are available. 8. Cares for and properly operates equipment, notifying team leader of wear or needed repairs. 9. If approved as a driver, safely operates vehicles such as trucks and trailer combinations. Qualifications and Skills  Experience in use of string trimmers, preferred  Reliable transportation to and from work a must  Ability to lift 50 lbs., be on your feet all day, and work outside in all weather conditions  Reliable & consistent
