Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain turf and landscapes using professional-grade lawn care equipment and materials Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and other treatments according to label instructions and safety standards Operate lawn care machinery such as spreaders, sprayers, blowers, and mowers Monitor lawns for signs of pests, weeds, and disease, and report findings Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner to explain services and results Maintain daily service records and communicate job updates to office staff Ensure company vehicle and equipment are kept clean and in working order Assist with occasional sales activities or route development
Qualifications/Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years old High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record Able to pass a background check Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate lawn care equipment Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work Good verbal communication and customer service skills Previous lawn care or landscaping experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train!
