Landscaping Leadership Full Job Description Lead Lawn Technician Job Summary:
Serene Scenes Lawn and Landscape is looking for a reliable and skilled Lead Lawn Technician to operate residential mowing route and ensure high-quality service for our clients. This role requires leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Complete daily jobs efficiently and safely. Perform lawn care services, including mowing, trimming/edging, shrub trimming, planting bed maintenance, and mulch installation. Operate and maintain lawn care equipment such as mowers, weed eaters, backpack blowers, and hedge trimmers. Ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations. Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction with the services provided. Maintain professional and courteous interactions with clients and team members. Enforce safety guidelines and best practices on the job site. Conduct routine equipment checks and maintenance to ensure safe operation. Report on job progress, material usage, and any issues encountered during service.
Requirements:
Ability to lift 50+ lbs., bend, kneel, and work in various weather conditions. Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. 1-2 years of previous experience in lawn care or landscaping required. Dress code required
