Sign Up for Job Alerts View Point Health is a community behavioral health center utilizing a team of psychiatrists, nurses, licensed counselors and social workers, and other professionals to provide services to individuals who need treatment and support to cope with mental illness, substance abuse, and intellectual and developmental disabilities.
View Point Health serves uninsured, underinsured, low-income Medicaid, Medicare, war veterans and some private insurance across multiple locations with a full continuum of behavioral health services and support. The services provided by View Point Health contribute to the reduction in homelessness, reduction in crime and subsequent incarcerations, higher graduation rates, lower dropout rates, decreased ER visits and decreased inpatient admissions. The Facility Supervisor will provide oversight for site specific locations. This position also provides backup support to other acute services locations. The Facility Supervisor will assist the Director with the facility operation for the CSU. The Facility Supervisor will supervise janitorial staff, and kitchen staff. The position requires flexibility in job tasks and scheduling to accommodate the needs of the CSU location. All CSU facilities require alternating holiday and weekend coverage between Supervisor staff. The primary location for this position is the Adult Crisis Stabilization Unit (Adult CSU) with reporting duties to the Director. Manages the planning, development, and implementation of operational support services for a facility. Develops and implements policies and procedures. Manages subordinate supervisors and staff.
