What You’ll Do:

Lead a team of horticulture crew members in the maintenance of landscapes Ensure proper plant care, pruning, fertilization, and seasonal tasks are performed to the highest standards Identify plant health issues and implement appropriate treatments or solutions Safely operate and transport equipment, tools, and materials using trucks and trailers Maintain job site organization, cleanliness, and safety at all times Communicate with the office and clients as needed to ensure expectations are met
