Your Role :
Supervise nursery staff along with maintain and ensure a loving, safe, clean and organized environment Work closely with the Morning Supervisor to ensure smooth transitions and daily operation Oversee daily routines for our infants – 2 years old (feeding, napping, playtime, etc) Create and manage the staff schedule, including coordinating coverage and tracking PTO. Communicate with families and provide regular updates Support developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities Maintain licensing and safety standards
We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in nursery childcare and team supervision Patience, positivity, and a genuine love for little ones and their families Strong leadership and communication skills to interact positively with children, parents, and co-workers Experience with classroom management techniques and ability to train new staff CPR, First Aid, and AED certification required or willingness to obtain Early Childhood Experience, REQUIRED Join us in making a difference in the lives of children by providing them with a safe, engaging, and educational environment where they can thrive!
