TEAM LEADER

Full-time positions available starting:

Daytime, evening, and weekend availability required

Compensation:

$25 – $27.50 hourly

Responsibilities:

Make sure jobs get completed on time and on budget Execute on the Spray-Net standards with your team Lead and manage a team of up to 6 people Manage customer expectations and deliver on our promise Schedule jobs and team Supervise, support, and train the crew Manage production deadlines Make sure the job site and trucks look professional Learn the Spray-Net way Make sure inventory is replenished as needed Manage the final payment Get your hands dirty with the team Play your part in blowing the customers’ minds! (Really, they are very impressed with our service, and it’s the best part of our job.)

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

2+ years in painting & spray application

Language:
