ELS is hiring for the position of Ranger in Sturbridge, Massachusetts. What you’ll do: The Campground Ranger position includes assisting with customer arrivals, monitoring the grounds, answering questions, enforcing rules and ensuring the safety of our guests and their belongings.

Your job will include:

Monitor the property for issues or potential problems. Ensure that the property is properly secured. Ensure that guests comply with resort rules. Assist incoming guests through the campground gate and our arrival process. Perform routine patrols, golf cart and rental inspections. Assist other departments as needed. Prioritize guest safety and happiness. Skills & experience you need: High school diploma or equivalent. Basic reading, writing and math skills and the ability to use computer applications. Exceptional customer service and communications skills and a friendly demeanor. Experience working in an RV environment, is a benefit but not required. Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance. This is a part time, seasonal position, and requires weekend nights.
