SPECIALIST

Provide uncompromised quality and effective service utilizing an Integrated Pest Management approach for residential and commercial termite customers. This is a customer service oriented, self-motivated, trustworthy, and punctual position. Job Function and Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned production on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Inspect, assess needs, propose and close sales and produce leads for others.
  • Maintain proper care of company vehicle, cleanliness and an awareness of surroundings while driving. Drive defensively, courteously and with full attention to conditions.
  • Collect on assigned work orders or arrange payment if not already handled.
  • Complete assigned daily list of termite bond renewal inspections diligently, making contact with customers and following up on requests appropriately.
  • Follow company guidelines when performing services as well as following labels and regulations.
  • Maintain a professional image for themselves and the company. Present an approachable, kind and courteous attitude any time while in uniform. Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Pest Control Experience Preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Time Management excellence
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to pass any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams
  • Able to work a 40 hour (minimum) work week
  • Possess current Driver’s License
  • Ability to pass background and drug screening tests
