Techs are allowed to take home their company vehicle after they have completed their training Techs are expected to perform residential and mosquito services It builds a lot of value with us for techs who can also perform commercial services and termite services Our termite team doesn’t do nay work with unreasonable crawlspaces Techs work Monday-Friday, but Saturdays can be requested on occasion for bonus pay. Time off is very flexible so technicians can have a good work life balance Our office staff does the scheduling for the technicians, so

Responsibilities:

Perform thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify and assess pest-related issues Develop and implement effective pest control plans based on the specific needs of each customer Utilize a variety of techniques and tools to eliminate pests, including applying treatments, setting traps, and sealing entry points Educate customers on proper pest prevention techniques and provide recommendations for long-term pest management Maintain accurate records of all services provided, including detailed reports of findings and treatment plans Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the well-being of both customers and yourself

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED equivalent Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred, but not required Must be comfortable using technology and mobile applications for scheduling and record-keeping Must pass a background check and drug test At Magic City Pest Control LLC, we are committed to maintaining an inclusive and diverse workforce.
