WE WILL TRAIN!

No prior experience? We will train you and provide ongoing support. As a Summer Start Technician , you will play a crucial role in supporting our Summer Sales Team by performing initial pest control services for new accounts sold during the summer months. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the pest control industry while earning competitive pay and bonuses.

The successful candidate will be responsible for: Being the face of our company by showing up each and every day to work hard and deliver exceptional results and service by providing a great first impression Being proactive by engaging with customers and simultaneously solving pest control problems with excellent attention to detail, thoroughness, and quality performance Communicate with Customer Service Representatives, Lead Technicians and Service Managers to foster a team atmosphere of mutual support, growth, and success. Complete the required documentation after each property visit

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED Clean driving record Be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Able to obtain pest control license by passing state licensing exam Excellent written and verbal communication skills Basic technology skills, including mobile technology, email, texting, iPad United States Citizen or authorized to work in the United States Pass background check and drug screen

Work Hours:

Full-Time, M-F, Saturdays as assigned, expected 50-60 hours weekly
