Pest Control Technician Eagle Pest Management, LLC 1775 Porter St, Batesville, AR 72501 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pest Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing pest control services for residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong understanding of pest management techniques, as well as the ability to interact positively with clients. The Pest Control Technician will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure effective pest management solutions while maintaining high standards of customer service. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest issues and determine appropriate treatment plans. Apply pesticides and other pest control methods safely and effectively in accordance with industry regulations. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment details and customer interactions. Provide recommendations to clients on preventative measures to minimize future pest issues. Operate and maintain various tools and equipment, including power tools, hand tools, and farm machinery. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction. Educate clients on lawn care, landscape maintenance, and pest prevention strategies. Skills Proficiency in pest control techniques and knowledge of applicable regulations. Strong sales skills to effectively communicate service benefits to clients. Ability to operate farm machinery and power tools safely. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective client interactions. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Like working with people.
