In this role, you will be responsible for managing pest control services for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of pest management techniques, have experience with various tools and equipment, and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently in diverse environments. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest issues and determine appropriate treatment plans. Apply pest control products safely and effectively, following all safety protocols and regulations. Utilize power tools, hand tools, and farm machinery as necessary for pest control tasks. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and educating them on pest prevention strategies. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatments applied and follow-up recommendations. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery while adhering to company standards. Drive to various job sites as required, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled appointments. Experience Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate. Familiarity with lawn care practices, landscape maintenance, and the use of power tools is advantageous. A valid driver’s license is required for driving to job sites. Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, as you will be interacting with clients regularly. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
