We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Termite Technician to join our team. This role involves inspecting, treating, and preventing termite infestations in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in various environments, including confined spaces, and performing physically demanding tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough inspections of structures for termite activity and damage. Apply termite treatments following company and industry guidelines. Drill and treat foundations, crawl spaces, attics, and other areas as needed. Operate and maintain pest control equipment, tools, and vehicles. Educate customers on termite prevention and treatment plans. Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately. Adhere to safety procedures and company policies at all times.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly. Prolonged periods of standing, walking, kneeling, crawling, and stooping . Work in confined spaces such as crawl spaces, attics, and basements. Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.). Comfortable working with and around chemicals per safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in termite or pest control preferred (will train the right candidate). Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to obtain and maintain required state pest control certifications. Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
