What You’ll Do:
Perform pest control treatments at residential and commercial properties. Inspect buildings to identify pest activity and assess the extent of infestation. Determine and apply the appropriate treatment methods using professional tools and equipment. Communicate with customers about service plans, treatment details, and prevention tips. Document service results and provide expert recommendations for follow-up or prevention. Represent the Hoffer brand with professionalism and a focus on customer care.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in pest control or a related field is a plus, but not required . We provide training. Basic knowledge of pest control methods and safety protocols is helpful. Ability to upsell additional services and products confidently and ethically. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Willingness to work indoors and outdoors, including in tight spaces and at heights. Strong communication and customer service skills — you’re the face of our company.
