About the Role You’ll deliver top-tier lawn and ornamental pest control treatments, helping maintain beautiful landscapes for our high-end residential clients. This role offers independent fieldwork with the support of an experienced, licensed supervisor. Key Responsibilities Apply fertilizers, insecticides, and fungicides to turf, shrubs, and ornamental plants. Diagnose pest, disease, and nutrient issues in real time. Communicate service results clearly to clients and management. Maintain application equipment and follow safe handling procedures. Represent the company professionally on every visit. Qualifications Prior experience in lawn care, pest control, or horticulture preferred. A valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record. Ability to work in the South Florida climate and lift up to 50 lbs. Willingness to follow company protocols and state regulations. Must be dependable, courteous, and detail-focused. A pesticide license is not required to start. You’ll work under the supervision of a licensed operator as permitted by Florida law (Chapter 482 F.S.). We provide all necessary training and support for future licensure if desired.
