This position requires a background in some form of construction or industry experience. The job requires you to operate a core drill machine in order to drill holes into concrete and other construction materials on a daily basis – setup, use, take down, and clean up. It requires also effective communication. A high school diploma or G.E.D., good communication skills, a stable work history, clean driving record, drug-free, and a genuine desire to learn the pest control business is all that is required. A clear criminal background check is also required. What can you expect during training? Comprehensive on-the-job training for Service Professionals typically takes 2-3 weeks.
