Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Pest Control Specialist who excels in customer service. The ideal candidate will work in both commercial and residential settings, providing top-level service to ensure complete customer satisfaction and effective pest solutions. The position includes service and sales opportunities. Responsibilities Drive to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival and adherence to safety protocols. Inspect properties inside and out for signs of pests and determine appropriate treatment plans Develop customized pest management plans based on the specific needs of each client Communicate clearly with clients to explain treatment options, safety precautions, and preventative measures Apply appropriate pest control treatments in a safe and effective manner Provide exceptional customer service by educating clients on pest prevention strategies and maintenance. Maintain accurate service records and comply with company policies and government regulations Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in pest control Requirements High School diploma or GED required Work experience preferred Valid Drivers license with a clean driving record is imperative Previous experience in pest control or a related field is not required but is valued. Physical ability to climb, lift, navigate and provide services inside and outside structures including in attics and crawl spaces Excellent communication skills (speaking and written for effective interaction with clients and team members. Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments. What do we offer?
