What You’ll Do:

As a Service Specialist, you’ll be the frontline hero for our clients—delivering premium, effective, and friendly pest and wildlife control services. You’ll build relationships, solve problems, and protect properties with the knowledge, tools, and support of an experienced team behind you.

What You Bring:

Wildlife control experience is required Pest control experience is strongly preferred A strong work ethic and attention to detail Comfort working in attics, crawlspaces, heights, and variable weather conditions Excellent customer service and communication skills A valid Florida Driver’s License with a clean driving record Must clear a background check, drug screen, and Fitness for Duty test Physical skills to lift, turn, and bend with a 20-30 pounds. Ability to lift and climb a ladder, and climb stairs to access all areas.

High School Diploma or Equivalent Pest Control Responsibilities:

Perform routine pest control services using integrated pest management (IPM) methods Communicate with clients to explain services, findings, and preventative recommendations Accurately document services in our cloud-based CRM via company-provided tablet Drive a company vehicle on assigned routes and maintain service equipment and materials Handle follow-ups, reschedules, and retreatments with urgency and professionalism Support termite control services including Sentricon installation, monitoring, and baiting Participate in ongoing training, certification, and team development programs Present a professional and tidy appearance, including your truck, equipment, and uniform Collaborate with our Client Team for quality assurance in order to provide the highest level of service possible to our clients

Wildlife Control Responsibilities:

Inspect and identify signs of wildlife intrusions (e.g., rodents, squirrels, raccoons, opossums, etc.) Perform exclusion work by sealing entry points and installing one-way doors or barriers Set and monitor humane traps in attics, crawlspaces, and property exteriors Safely remove and relocate wildlife in accordance with Florida Fish & Wildlife regulations Clean, disinfect, and deodorize areas affected by animal activity or waste Maintain detailed records of wildlife activity, services performed, and equipment used Educate clients on future prevention and maintenance after service•Competitive pay with bonus opportunities Company vehicle, gas, tools, and uniform shirts provided Company pays 50% of Health Insurance Paid Time Off and Holidays Career advancement paths in service, operations, or development Supportive, family-owned company culture built on doing the right thing Join a company where you’re valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
