We’re looking for a motivated, Pest Control Technician to join our team and help us continue to deliver exceptional service. We are willing to train the right candidate. Position Overview As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for providing pest management services to our customers, diagnosing pest issues, and applying effective treatments to control and prevent infestations. You’ll work directly with clients to identify their pest control needs, explain service plans, and deliver tailored solutions. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong customer service skills, and a proactive approach to pest management. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and potential issues. Develop and implement effective pest control plans tailored to each client’s needs. Apply material and other treatments safely and according to industry regulations. Utilize hand tools and power tools as needed for various pest control tasks. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and educating them about pest prevention strategies. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment applications and follow-up visits. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery. Stay updated on industry trends, pest control techniques, and safety protocols. Maintain and care for company equipment, including service vehicles, tools, and supplies. Requirements Valid pest control license (State of Florida or ability to obtain). Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in various environments. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is necessary for travel between job sites. Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks associated with pest control activities.
