Pest Control Operations Manager Island Home Service Fort Myers, FL 33908 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Licensed Pest Control Operator to join our team and build up our pest control devision. The ideal candidate is licensed, very experienced, has a deep knowledge in pest control methods in South Florida and likes to take over a leading position in our new devision. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and potential entry points. Develop and implement effective pest control plans tailored to each client’s needs. Apply appropriate pesticides and treatments while adhering to safety regulations and guidelines. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery as necessary for pest control tasks. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatments applied and follow-up recommendations. Provide exceptional customer service by educating clients on pest prevention techniques and maintenance practices. Drive company vehicles to various job sites while ensuring safe transport of equipment and materials. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. Communicate well within our team (landscape maintenance / landscape design / irrigation/ tree devision) to guarantee best results for our customers Skills Strong knowledge of pest control methods, products, and safety protocols. Sales skills to effectively communicate the benefits of services offered to clients. Experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is a plus. Ability to drive safely and responsibly while adhering to traffic regulations. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail for identifying pest issues accurately. Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients and providing outstanding service. $26.00 – $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
