Two Years of Pest Control Experience Required Objective:

Rodent Solutions, Inc. is seeking a team-oriented, career-minded person to join us. We are currently looking for a pest control technician to step into a busy, established route. The duties would include general pest control services, rodent control, web dusting, termite control, mole treatments, and mosquito treatments for residential and commercial accounts. Our ideal candidate has the following technical skills and traits: Minimum of Two Years of General Household Pest Control experience Strong background in termite treatments and prevention is a plus. Handling of technical pests such as German Roaches, Bed Bugs, and Mosquitoes Understanding of basic Rodent Control techniques Accurate pest ID and chemical selection Safety-Minded

Required Items An insurable driving record. We will require an MVR (Motor Vehicle Report) from you, which goes back three years. More than two moving violations within two years will exclude you from consideration. Must pass a background check, as it will be performed. We have contracts with commercial clients who require a level two background check to work for them. Must be clean with your vehicle and work environment. Must have a strong commitment to excellence and detail We use technology, and you must be comfortable with learning and using it

• Pest Control Software (Briostack) and Google Calendar will be required daily.

Other beneficial skills include Google Docs, Google Sheets, QuickBooks, Google Photos, Company Cam, and Mechanical Knowledge The job may include all or some of the following skills: ID pests & effectively treat residential & commercial accounts for General Pest Control Inspections for and execution of Rodent Exclusions & Decontamination Inspections for and execution of Bat Exclusions & Decontamination Install subterranean termite bait stations Recommend the right treatment plans with honesty and professionalism

Rats, mice, squirrels, bats, and birds (Commercial only). Have been in business for 13 years, with sales increasing yearly. Cover most Sarasota, Manatee, and small parts of Hillsborough County. Typical schedule Mon-Fri 7:15 am

• 4:30 pm with a “paid” 30-minute lunch.

Hours vary from 38 to 45 hours. Overtime, nights, & weekend work are offered at times. It is not looked down on if you are offered the OT work & opt not to take it.
