Your responsibilities:
Building Relationships:
You’ll create lifelong connections with both internal and external customers, helping to ensure they’re satisfied and loyal. Your goal is to create “Customers for Life” by delivering excellent service every time.
Managing Your Service Route:
You’ll be responsible for the daily operations of your Pest Control Service Route, using strong time management skills to stay on track and complete all necessary tasks. Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections. Monitor termite bait systems to ensure they’re functioning properly. Problem-solve customer accounts to address both current and future needs. Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied. Work closely with internal teams, including customer service, sales, and fellow service professionals, to ensure an outstanding experience for each customer. Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.

You’ll maintain a safety-first mindset, especially when operating company equipment or driving your company vehicle. Your commitment to safety helps ensure the protection of both yourself and the people you serve.
