Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Termite Technician position is to perform termite post treat and pretreat services including any installs, service calls, inspections, or other termite related services. When termite work is limited, additional services may be required including but not limited to Universal Technician responsibilities.

Duties include:

Provide timely and effective pest detection, elimination and prevention solutions to an established route of customers Provide termite treatment for both pre and post construction The use of a variety of hand tools Calculate basic mathematic equations Establish effective working relationships with a variety of customers Use of handheld computerized equipment to manage service calls and documents Provide customers with general information about our various services Conduct service calls as needed Problem solving and/or complaint resolution Performs other duties as assigned Ideal candidates will: Enjoy working outdoors Be able to calculate basic mathematic equations Not have a fear of bugs, snakes, rodents, etc. Not have a fear of tight spaces such as crawl spaces and attics Be able to withstand long periods of squatting, standing and walking Be able to lift/move up to 50lbs Have excellent listening and communication skills Be competent with the use of new technology Be organized and able to manage their own daily route Be able to navigate their daily route with GPS Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to safety regulations
