Pest Control Technician 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars Big Pine Key, FL 33043 Overview We are seeking a Pest Control Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various pest control services for residential and commercial clients, ensuring their properties remain pest-free.
- Hourly wage starts at $20 (willing to pay more if candidate has experience)

- Paid Health Insurance Responsibilities Apply appropriate pest control treatments using various methods, including chemical and non-chemical solutions.
Utilize power tools, hand tools, and light machinery as needed for effective pest management. Provide clients with recommendations on preventative measures to avoid future infestations. Communicate with clients on a daily basis Maintain accurate records of services performed Engage in sales activities by promoting additional services or products that may benefit clients. Drive company vehicles to job sites while adhering to safety regulations (Key West to Key Largo) Qualifications Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with lawn care practices, farm operations, and landscape maintenance is a plus. Proficient in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments. A commitment to safety protocols and environmental regulations related to pest control practices.
