The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing pest control services for residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong understanding of pest management techniques and the ability to work independently while providing excellent customer service. The Pest Control Technician will utilize various tools and equipment to ensure effective pest control solutions. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest issues and assess the extent of infestations. Apply appropriate pest control treatments using hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery as needed. Develop customized pest management plans based on specific client needs and environmental considerations. Drive to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival and completion of services. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment methods and customer interactions. Provide recommendations for preventative measures to clients, enhancing their landscape and lawn care practices. Engage in sales activities by promoting additional services to clients as appropriate. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while handling chemicals and equipment. Experience Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery is a plus.
