Duties Include:
Inspect and identify solutions to pest problems Provide timely and effective solutions on a preset daily route Apply pesticides, baits, and other treatments safely and effectively. Educate customers on pest prevention techniques Computing basic math problems Establish effective working relationships with a variety of customers, both internal and external Maintain accurate records of services complete through use of a SMART device Operate and maintain pest control equipment and company vehicles Respond to customer inquires and provide excellent customer service. Conduct follow-up visits to ensure pest problems are resolved. Other duties as assigned Ideal candidates will: Enjoy working outdoors Not have a fear of bugs, snakes, rodents, etc. Be able to withstand long periods of squatting, standing and walking Be able to carry a 40lb pack on their back Be willing and able to crawl through crawl spaces and attics Have excellent listening and communication skills Be competent with the use of new technology Be organized and able to manage their own daily route
Required:
Must be at least 21 years old Must have a valid Florida driver’s license with minimal moving violation points HS Diploma or equivalent preferred Preferred skills and qualifications: Experience Working Outdoors, Customer Service Experience, Excellent Listening and Communication Skills, Relationship Building and People Skills, Problem Solving skills
