Pest Control Technician “Howie the Bugman” Pest Control Boca Raton, FL Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pest Control Technician with experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing pest control services for residential and commercial clients. This role requires a strong understanding of pest management techniques, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to operate various tools and equipment safely. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective pest control strategies tailored to each client’s needs. Apply pesticides and other treatments in accordance with safety regulations and industry standards. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and educating them about pest prevention measures. Drive to various job sites safely and efficiently while ensuring all equipment is in good working condition. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to safety protocols. Requirements Previous experience in pest control is mandatory. Strong knowledge of pest management techniques and safety practices. Sales skills can be helpful, as you may be required to promote additional services to clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments, including residential and commercial settings. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required for travel between job sites. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
