Remediation Technician Wildlife Troopers West Palm Beach, FL 33415 Wildlife Troopers is a fully licensed, humane wildlife removal and repair company serving South Florida for over a decade. We’re known for providing custom abatement strategies, using premium materials, and doing the job right the first time. We’re now looking to grow our boots-on-the-ground team with a Wildlife Technician who can take pride in hands-on work that protects families, homes, and businesses.
Position Summary:
We’re seeking a reliable, hard-working technician who can assist with: Assembling and setting wildlife traps on-site Baiting and monitoring trap placements Removing and relocating captured wildlife humanely and safely Completing light construction repairs (e.g., soffit repair, attic restoration, exclusion sealing) Cleaning and restoring attic spaces impacted by wildlife Interfacing with clients, maintaining the high quality and reputation consistent with the Wildlife Troopers brand Supporting inspections and helping ensure job sites are left cleaner than we found them This is a field-based, full-time position ideal for someone who enjoys being outdoors, working with their hands, and doing meaningful work that protects property and people. This isn’t a customer service job by function, but will require a comfort level with interacting with the general public as they may be curious about our process, progress, outcomes, etc.
Who You Are:
Comfortable with ladders, crawl spaces, and tight/confined areas Experienced or trainable in light construction, carpentry, or home repair Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability A high attention to detail – each job site is our resume, calling card, and reputation. Delivering quality work is paramount. Comfortable working around wildlife (including raccoons, rodents, bats, etc.) Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs, 80+ lbs (team lift) Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
