Responsibilities:
Perform pest control services for residential and commercial clients, both indoors and outdoors Maintain a customer-focused approach while delivering top-quality service and solutions Manage daily routes with minimal supervision, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards Use and maintain pest control equipment and products safely and professionally Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies at all times Communicate with clients to assess their needs, offer pest control solutions, and follow up on service quality Keep accurate records of services rendered, including customer feedback and pest control measures
Qualifications:
No prior pest control experience necessary – we will train you Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Willingness to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, including varying weather conditions Must possess a clean driving record and successfully pass a criminal background check (required for insurance purposes) Ability to adhere to safety protocols and follow detailed instructions Ability to work well with minimal supervision and be self-motivated
