We train for the position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing pest control services for residential and commercial properties. This role will teach a strong understanding of pest management techniques, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to operate various tools and equipment safely. The Pest Control Technician will play a vital role in ensuring the health and safety of our clients by effectively managing pest issues. Duties Drive to various job sites efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols. Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest activity and assess the extent of the problem. Develop and implement effective pest control strategies tailored to each client’s needs. Apply pesticides and other treatments in accordance with safety regulations and best practices. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment plans and follow-up visits. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, educating clients on pest prevention, and addressing concerns. Requirements Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery safely and effectively. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. A willingness to learn about sales techniques related to pest control services is a plus.
