The ideal candidate will have experience in pest control, termite treatments as a technician, with rodent exclusion work as a plus, as well as the necessary licensing requirements for this position. We have a home inspection company that completes over 3500 annual home inspections that feed us leads for pest control and we are continuing to grow across NE FL. We are seeking an experienced pest control Technician with proven success to join our team. Responsibilities:

Daily servicing of customer accounts Perform your day-to-day tasks unassisted Install / Check Sentricon systems Perform Termite Treatments Perform WDO Inspections when necessary Mosquito fogging Maintain professionalism and Clean company provided vehicle. Preferred Experience; Proven experience and licensing in termite and pest industry Masterful organizational, communication, and leadership skills, demonstrated by previous professional success In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. supply chain, finance, customer service etc.) Superior negotiation skills in both internal and external settings Familiarity with MS Office and various business software (e.g. CRM) Experience with budget and business plan development Proven ability to develop innovative solutions for increased productivity •Training and development:•We believe in education, training, and personal & professional development are essential for growth.
