In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and managing pest issues in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of pest control methods, have experience with various tools, and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. This position requires a proactive approach to pest management and the ability to work independently while driving to various job sites. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and potential entry points. Apply appropriate pest control treatments using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatments applied and follow-up recommendations. Provide exceptional customer service by educating clients on pest prevention methods and treatment options. Collaborate with team members to develop effective pest management strategies tailored to individual client needs. Drive company vehicles to transport equipment and reach job sites efficiently. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in pest control. Experience Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with farm machinery, landscape maintenance, or lawn care is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. A valid driver’s license is required for this position.
