We’re currently seeking a Pest Control / Universal Technician to join our team to perform all service-related functions of our Termite, Wildlife, and Pest Control divisions and to contribute to the growth and expansion of our overall business. An apprenticeship program may be available for a strong candidate without industry experience! The position offers the opportunity to refine industry specific skills. Furthermore, the position offers the opportunity for career advancement for those with a strong work ethic who aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty. Successful candidates will:

Have (or obtain upon hiring) the required registration and/or licensing from the Georgia Department of Agriculture and/or the Georgia Department of Natural Resources. Have a thorough understanding of construction types. Enjoy working outdoors. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Be enthusiastic and willing to serve our customers’ needs. Be well organized and display initiative and follow through. Be dependable, punctual, and act with integrity. Be comfortable working both independently and in a team setting. Be comfortable working at heights, on ladders, in attics, and in crawl spaces. Have a valid Georgia driver’s license and clean driving record. Consent to background check and drug screening. Those with prior industry experience or related industry experience (gutters, roofing, handyman services, etc.) are strongly encouraged to apply! Specific responsibilities include:

Performing thorough inspections of both residential and commercial properties to properly identify and resolve pest related issues for both new and current customers. Communicating service solutions, protocols, and scope of services through proper education of clients. Performing services and treatments to company and state regulatory standards. Completing associated and required paper work / documentation to company and state regulatory standards. Performing all phases of pest control services and related tasks including but not limited to:

Termite Control Services:

Liquid soil treatments; termite baiting system installations and monitoring; annual renewal inspections; etc.

Wildlife Control Services:

Animal removal/trapping; exclusion services; gutter protection services; etc.

Pest Control Services:

Pest control ( including mosquito and stinging insect control ) services. Rodent control services. Total compensation package will be dependent upon experience and qualifications.
