The Opportunity We’re hiring a Pest Control Technician to serve our growing customer base in New Orleans. You’ll be trusted to run a pest control route, perform termite inspections, install termite baiting systems and build relationships with clients — all while backed by and a supportive team. What You’ll Do Provide high-quality pest and termite control services to residential and commercial clients Inspect properties, identify pest issues, and recommend the best solutions Apply treatments with precision and professionalism Communicate clearly with customers and explain services with honesty and confidence Navigate crawlspaces, attics, and other tight areas when necessary Keep your vehicle and tools clean, organized, and ready for each day Contribute to a respectful, positive team culture What You’ll Need A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record A willingness to work outdoors in all weather, and in confined spaces when needed Strong communication and problem-solving skills A positive attitude and a commitment to professionalism Pest control experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person What You’ll Get $21/hour starting pay, with monthly performance bonuses Your annual expected earnings will start at $43,000 & top performers can earn up to $60,000.
