Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and assess the extent of the problem. Develop and implement effective pest control strategies tailored to each client’s needs. Utilize power tools, hand tools, and farm machinery safely and effectively during pest control operations. Apply pesticides and other treatments in accordance with safety regulations and best practices. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and educating them about pest prevention techniques. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment plans and follow-up schedules. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery. Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and best practices in pest management. Qualifications Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required for travel between job sites. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills to effectively address pest issues.
